We saw the need for something different...
The pandemic disrupted many things, most notably healthcare. With physician burnout, resignations and turnover at an all-time high, the market exploded with travel nursing and educator positions.
Many hospitals and schools looked to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for relief from the administrative burden of managing multiple suppliers, invoices and credentials.
While there are MSPs already in the market, Maxim Staffing a national and locally-situated Joint Commission certified staffing company, recognized the need for an MSP that was transparent and leveled the playing field and that strives to maintain quality, efficiency and fairness in its MSP offering. Maxim Staffing set out to achieve this goal by forming Sunburst Workforce Advisors.
The Sunburst model was founded on a vision of objectivity to include a fair competitive process for both pricing and selection of strategic vendors in order to expand the market to source top talent. Sunburst promotes supplier equity and allows small, minority, and women owned businesses a place to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
